It's late and so I don't want to write a super duper long post, but I know I have been gone for a bit. And, as I aim to please my fans, I have to come back on the grid.
In short, since my last post (January 28th) I've been keeping on keeping on. Some days I kick butt, some days I don't. My weight has been about the same for the last month. I am down about 12 pounds. Hoping the coming weeks show some weight loss. :)
I'll post on my new, awesome workout schedule another day. (Yup, I am just going to leave you hanging...)
